How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship out orders once a month! Please be patient, but don't hesitate to email me if you think there’s an issue or your order is lost, as I'd be happy to work something out!
Do you accept orders placed internationally?
Absolutely!
My order arrived damaged!
The postal service isn’t always delicate unfortunately and there’s always a chance of something going wrong.
If there’s an issue with the quality of the product you received, email me to let me know, and I can mail out a replacement. It’s important that you get what you paid for, and I’ll be happy to work with you to ensure that you do!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If your product is lost in the mail, or gets damaged in transport, I will happily mail out a fresh order or arrange a refund.
If you regret what you bought or change your mind, I can’t offer a refund after your order’s been packaged and shipped, so email me ASAP - if it hasn’t been sent out yet I can reimburse you.
What if I want to cancel or change an order?
If you want to cancel an order, add more items to an existing order without paying extra shipping, or change a detail (item, shipping address, etc.) just email me asap at [email protected] so I can sort it out for you.
If your order has already shipped, I may not be able to make changes, so sooner is better!

Can I have a tracking number?
I ship all orders via lettermail in order to keep shipping costs low and packaging easy, so unfortunately your order will not come with a tracking number. Sorry!
